90 Day Warranty ( For Cerfified Pre-Owned Devices )

  • 90 Day Warranty: SmartPhone, Tablet, Smartwatch, Computer, Gaming Console, Speaker
  • 14 Days for gaming controllers, headsets.
  • Accessories are not refundable nor exchangable.
  • Our warranty covers any faults with the camera, speaker, screen, or other components not caused by accidental damage.
  • Accidental damage, physical damage, liquid damage, or cracks are not covered by the warranty.
  • If a device cannot be replaced under warranty, it may be eligible for return without incurring the 20% re-stocking fee.
  • However, if you return a device without allowing us to attempt a warranty exchange, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged.

  • We are available to provide troubleshooting support via phone, text, web chat or email, and we prefer to explore solutions with you before considering a return.


Refund / Return Policy - 14-Day Window

Eligibility: You may return any device for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided it is in the same condition as when you received it. This policy also applies to order cancellations. Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. As each transaction incurs costs on our end, we can no longer accept returns or cancellations free of charge. In the case of a defective device, you are covered under our warranty. We will replace the device if needed. If you decline the initial warranty repair or exchange, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all subsequent returns. If the second device is also found to be defective, you will have options to receive a full refund.

Ineligibility: Devices purchased over 14 days ago are not eligible for return. Additionally, devices that have been physically damaged or exposed to liquids are not eligible. Please note that we reserve the right to substitute the color of any device ordered if the originally selected color is out of stock.


  • All returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. No exceptions.
  • Orders can be returned within our designated return period as stated in our return policy.
  • Please note that the same re-stocking fee applies to both returns and cancellations.
  • All online / in-store orders and can be returned via our return policy and will incur the same re-stocking/cancellation fee. 

Cancellation Policy for Online Orders

Cancellation requests will be subject to the following fees based on the order status:

  1. If the order has not been shipped:

    • A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation requests.
  2. If the order has already been shipped:

    • A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation requests.

Please note that these fees are necessary to cover the costs associated with processing and handling orders. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
